Start a new Excel spreadsheet. Create a column header. Within the cell A1 enter the column header Part Number. Within the cell B1 enter the column header QTY. In subsequent rows, enter the desired Thorlabs part number and quantity. When finished, choose FILE > SAVE. Export a shopping cart as an Excel file. Add the desired item(s) to your shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart and click on Export Cart. You can now upload the generated file on the Rapid Order page.

Repeat, as desired, adding parts and quantities in subsequent rows. When finished, choose FILE>SAVE AS and select TEXT (tab delimited)(*.txt) as the SAVE AS TYPE
